Core Course ($40)
(4 Hours Credit)
Required for all Affiliate Brokers licensed on or after July 1, 1980, to complete a four hour "core" course as part of the 16 hours. Core Course is currently only available in home study. (This does not apply to new affiliates who are only required to complete the course for new affiliates.)

30 Hour New Affiliate ($200 classroom or $150 homestudy)
Effective 1/1/05 course completion is prior to Affiliate Broker license being issued. Classroom assistance with the course is available. The course with 6 hours of assistance is $200. The homestudy without classroom is $150. The current schedule for classroom assistance time is provided below. Please notify the school of your desidered dates to attend at time of purchase.

Tutoring

Private tutoring is available in preparation for either the affiliate broker or broker real estate exam. These are non-credit hours but will help you complete your preparation. All tutoring is done on school premises. There is a 2 hour minimum at $35.00 an hour or 6 hours for $185. Payment for the 2 hours minimum must be paid in advance and is not refundable with less than 24 hour cancellation notice.

A $100 deposit is required at time of registration if NOT paying in full at time of enrollment. It is non-refundable if cancellation of a class is not within 48 hours of the class start date. Enrollments after 4:00PM on Friday for the following Monday daytime or evening class will NOT be guaranteed a seat depending on earlier paid enrollments. These enrollees should call the school after 8AM the following business day or may choose to arrive at the school in advance of the start of class to complete the enrollment.
