MISSION
The mission of the Nashville School of Real Estate is fourfold:
1. To provide excellence in prelicensing preparation for persons who
want to take the real estate exam.
2. To provide excellence in State required continuing education courses
so that agents increase their productivity and income.
HISTORY
Since being founded in 1997, NSRE has come a long way. It's grown into
and has become a leading source for real estate education. In June 2004,
Kevin O'Connell bought the school. Later
selling interests to Gina Montague, Carolyne Rosa, Wayne Tate and Harold
Luecke. Kevin serves as school president and CEO. Gina Montague, a corporate
Director is a realtor for Crye-Leike Realty. Carolyne Rosa, also a corporate
Director, is a realtor with Nashville Homes & More Realty in Bellevue.
She serves as Operations Manager for the school. She's Microsoft certified
in computer technology with a degree from Murray State University. Wayne
Tate is a broker with ReMax 1st Choice in Springfield, TN. Harold Luecke
is the broker/owner of Select Realty Group in Murfreesboro.
Located at the
Two Rivers Corporate Centre, 2501 McGavock Pike, Suite 202 (across from
Opryland Hotel), the school offers FREE parking for all students. People
